The space
This propery has 2 units. I say in the small apartment above the garage, with entrance at back and has its own small seperate yard area.
Renters enjoy the main house, with entrance at front porch. This is 1/2 acer Supper clean, 4 season Covid Conscious, newly renovated spacious location.

High end pillow top mattresses allow for a good night sleep.
Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and more. Dinning table seats 6. BBQ with supplied propane. Patio tables on both decks seat 6.
Spacious yard has a fire pit 2 picnic tables, several folding chairs you make take to the beach. Benches in back garden give park like setting.
Living room TV has Netflix. Queen bedroom has Amazon Prime, Netflix.
You will be given your own personalized door keypad code for self check-in, however I will endeavor to meet you day of arrival or soon after to ensure everything is ok and answer any questions.
Parking is in front of Garage
Wood in woodshed / on property is not for use unless provided to you.
No access to garage or to storage room. Separated patio area behind garage with second story studio apartment is not for use.

Great stay in a very comfortable condo. Good location near the main pool with great views from the balcony. Bella Sirena is the only property we stay at.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The location in the center building and the huge patio was awesome. I loved the large kitchen and spaciousness of the condo overall. We would definitely recommend this condo and I'm sure we'll stay here again.

The accommodations were perfect for my family. The condo is beautiful, clean and everything like light/fan switches were clearly marked and the kitchen is very spacious. The condo had everything you need to enjoy the beach, wagons to carry chairs, umbrellas, towels. We enjoyed sitting on the spacious patio listening to the live music at the pool. Our host Jerry was very nice and helpful, recommending different places in the area. An overall 5 Star experience! We look forward to staying here again. Thank you Jerry for providing such beautiful, comfortable accommodations!

When I book Bella Sirena C202 I know the condo will be clean, beds comfortable, kitchen fully stocked with plates and pans, immediate response from owner, beach accessories, beach towels, amazing view, huge patio with so many seating options….
