Located just across the Bay, you'll get to experience all that Destin has to offer: whether you want to go straight to the beach, hit the pool, grab some seafood or a steak, do some shopping at the Destin Common's mall or drive the Emerald Coast! There's not much in Destin that isn't in walking distance or a short ride away!

When you're ready to relax and settle in, your accommodation sleeps 10 with 3 fully renovated en-suite bedrooms (each have their own private bathroom) and a loft bedroom. You'll have lots of windows for plenty of natural sunlight as well as views of the beautiful surroundings. Your wrap-around front porch gives a friendly greeting to the charming beach neighborhood while your 3rd floor balcony provides great views of Destin and a slice of the Emerald colored ocean of the Gulf of Mexico! But most importantly, you're only a short 4-minute walk to the white, sandy beaches and emerald green water.

A large, inviting living room greets you as you enter, with enough sofa seating for everyone. You will enjoy the new 50-inch Roku TV with YouTube TV included as well as lots of streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) ready for you to log in to with your account! You'll love the large dining room table where your whole group can eat together. A beautiful half-bath is available off the common space for your convenience.

A newly renovated full kitchen with brand new white quartz countertops, tile backsplash, black granite sink and new Delta Industrial Faucet awaits you with all the necessities to cook family meals (or just a quick snack)! It has a large refrigerator and new stainless steel dishwasher, microwave, cooktop & oven too. You have a full assortment of plates, bowls, glasses and silverware to accommodate the whole gang! When you're ready for your morning coffee, there's a Cuisinart coffee maker with an assortment of K-Cups just for you or you can brew a pot for the entire crew!

Behind the kitchen is your first en-suite bedroom with full bathroom! Enjoy your Queen Sized bed with new white bedding and a brand new dresser and Roku Smart TV. There's a walk-in closet with spare blanket and hangers for your clothes. Newly renovated full bathroom with new tub/shower combo with Delta In2ition 2-in-1 shower faucet! All new, beautiful tile tub & shower surround will treat you to a relaxing bathing experience!

Your 2nd floor Master Suite is HUGE! You'll enjoy the new furniture, King Sized Bed w/ new white bedding and another new 50" Roku Smart TV. You can watch TV with the provided YouTube TV app or head into your Master Bathroom and relax in the brand new soaking tub w/ hand-held wand. If you're not in the mood for a soak, you can also take a romantic shower for 2 in the all-new gorgeous double shower with two new Delta Tempassure dual function thermostatic shower faucets! Directly off the Master Suite is your very own private, screened in porch... you deserve a quiet place for a cup of coffee or a good book!

Across the hall from the Master Suite, you'll find the 3rd en-suite bedroom. You'll enjoy the king sized bed, new white bedding, new furniture and another new 50" Roku Smart TV with full-motion mount. Another all-new full tile standalone shower greats you w/ a new Delta In2ition 2-in-1 hand-held shower faucet in this beautiful, private bathroom.

As you make your way up to the open 3rd-floor, you'll find the 4th bedroom (it's a loft... it doesn't have a door) with a fixed twin bed with a trundle twin bed underneath. This is the perfect spot for you to escape and read a book or watch TV on the new 32" Roku Smart TV. You also get your own window air conditioner to keep you cool in the hot summer!

Your laundry room, located off the kitchen, has a full-size washer/dryer stack and a cabinet for food/snack storage during your stay.

We have been working hard to make your stay enjoyable with new furniture, fans and decor, as well as a few little upgrades here and there that will make your stay very... cozy.

The location is perfectly situated near shopping at Destin Commons and BassPro Shops, as well as a few minutes from the Silver Sands Premium Outlets. If you're looking for something to eat, there are tons of restaurants, both quick and sit-down varieties, all around.

Policies

1. NO parties or unauthorized gatherings.
2. Don't destroy our house - Treat our home the way you would treat your own (but better) :)
3. Don't steal things - If there's something we have that you want, let us know... maybe we can work something out.
4. Don't do anything illegal (substances, behaviors, downloads) - If the cops come looking for us, we'll tattle!
5. Don't be a gunslinger - No unlicensed weapons allowed.
6. Get off my lawn - Honor check in/out times 4pm-10am. Check out means being completely off the property (no cars in the driveway). We cannot offer early check-in or late check-out to ensure that our amazing cleaner has enough time to prepare the property for the next guest.
7. Any additional fees incurred by guests while staying must be paid by the guest (can be deducted from deposit). This includes any noise violations from the City, plumbing issues (don’t flush baby wipes), etc.
8. We hope you bought Travel Insurance - No cancellation refunds for any reason within 14 days prior to check in for any reason. This includes natural disasters, acts of God, pandemics, sicknesses and minor inconveniences. If there is a possibility of cancellation, consider purchasing travel insurance. If you have questions about travel insurance, we can help... just ask! If you're at the house already, sorry, it's too late :(
9. Don't shoot a movie without us - Must receive advance permission and get a signed waiver for professional photos or filming which includes anything that will be posted online, etc (inside or outside).
10. Just talk to us - No post-stay refunds will be issued for any reason. Guest must contact us during stay with clear documentation so we have a chance to correct the issue in real time (vs after the stay when it’s too late). The goal is to rectify any issues right away so guests can enjoy a great stay.
11. Show me the monayyyy! - If any delays or issues in payment are not quickly resolved, guests must immediately leave the premises.
12. Stay out of our drawers - All host areas are off limits for guests (whether locked or not) including owner's closets (marked).
13. We didn't start the fire! - No open flames or candles inside the house. Do not leave gas grill unattended. Turn off gas grill after each use. Existing propane tank for the grill is provided. Beyond that, you are welcome to replace at your expense.
14. Be kind, rewind - The sofa chairs are designed to be reconfigured to what's best suited for guests. Please take caution when rearranging the sofa chairs. Please put the sofa chairs back the way you found them upon check-in.
15. We must protect this house! - Hosts (and authorized representatives) can enter the property if any emergency or urgent situations arise, if there’s a party, or if it’s past check out time.
16. Shhhh - Quiet times begin at 10pm and end at 9am. Our neighbors are awesome and we want to be awesome too!
17. Don't touch my drumset (or technology) - Tampering with, intentionally turning off or disabling any security equipment at or around the house (WiFi, router, exterior video cameras, etc) means the security deposit and entire reservation can be canceled and forfeited without refund and you will be asked to leave immediately. More importantly, it can prevent your ability to enjoy your stay (no internet) or even access the house (the lock may not work).
18. Smoking is bad, mmkay? - Smoking is bad for your health. It also stinks up a house. Don't smoke in or around the house. That includes all types of smoking and/or vaping.
19. Stuff Happens - if something breaks, please let us know so that we can get it fixed for you or for the next guest. The sooner the better!
20. Dogs are awesome - Cats are great too but they're not allowed, so please don’t bring them. If you bring a dog, you need to let us know in advance and it must be marked on the reservation. There's a pet fee. This fee covers extra cleaning for dog hair and dander to ensure that your dog doesn't bother the next guest after you leave. Don't try to sneak a pet in... we'll know. This includes Service Animals.
21. Dogs don't like to be left alone - Please don't leave your dog alone in the house. If you must leave your dog alone, please crate them. Oh, you'll also need to bring a crate.
22. Pooo? - If you bring a dog, please clean up after your dog. Nobody likes THOSE kind of surprises.
23. Keep them on a leash! - When walking your dog, please make sure they are on a leash at all times. We don't want any Kujo repeats :)
24. For the Children! - Please don't let your children onto the 3rd floor balcony unattended. While there's a safety railing to prevent falls, children are slippery little buggers who can squeeze thru a small crack and find themselves in a jam.
25. Don't Pee in our Pool! If you have infants or small children that are not potty-trained or prone to accidents, please make sure they are wearing a swim diaper. Any accidents in the pool will require the pool to be closed for the entire neighborhood and may incur additional penalties/fees. We want to be good neighbors and a closed pool affects everyone.
26. No RV, Camper or Boat Parking - The neighborhood does not allow RV, Camper or boat parking at all. You will be asked to move your RV, Camper or Boat if you park it anywhere in the neighborhood, including the driveway. If you do not move it, you will be asked to leave the house and/or the vehichle will be towed. No exceptions.
27. Do we have an agreement? - You must sign our rental agreement and schedule a $500 security deposit (which will be sent to you upon booking) before access to the property will be given. Failure to sign the agreement before check-in can result in having your reservation cancelled or forfeited without refund. Any broken rules can be grounds for early termination and forfeit of booking without refund of booking or deposit.

We are committed to fairness. Our goal is to return deposit in full because all went smoothly. However, broken rules can result in fees that can be deducted from deposit at host’s discretion or charged to the guest's credit card on file.
