Bldg amenities includes 2 resort style pools, jacuzzi and a Fitness Center. 2 bedroom/2 bath + den/third bed. Walking distance to all Miami Downtown Activities. FTX Arena , Bayside, & the Arscht Performing Arts Center and Wynwood. 5 minute drive to South Beach. 24 Hour CVS in building. This unit is designer decorated with many upgrades, S/S appliances, glass tiled kitchen backsplash and wine cooler.

The space

The size of the apartmant is extra large and it has a large balcony with an amazing panoramic 180 degrees view of Miami Downtown, Biscayne Bay and Miami Beach. Balcony can be accesed either from main living room or master bedroom!

Other things to note

At the apartment my guests are expected to keep the noise level down to a minimum at any time ESPECIALLY AFTER 10pm which means the parties with the loud music are strictly forbiden and not allowed. Pool conduct: keeping a low profile, no loud music and no drinking "in" the pool. Pool hours are strictly enforced as well by building's security staff: 9am-9pm. Please respect the given rules and regulations and just in case you are in contact with anyone at the building and you are asked who are you, you are required to say you are a “GUEST”
