Cancellation Policy:-
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.

Good Neighbor Policy: Quiet hours shall be from 9PM to 8AM during which time the noise from the short term vacation rental shall not disturb neighbors
Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hrs shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with area.
Guest vehicles shall be parked in designated parking area onsite. Failure to comply with Good Neighbor policy will be construed to be a violation.

We enjoyed great ocean views from the lanai which was extremely close to the water. There is a small park next door which attracts surfers of all ages and their families. The surf was very high, so there were lots of surfers every day in the water directly in front of the condo. We enjoyed watching the surfers and the local people. The surf was so loud that we could never hear the people. They just provided a fun way to see local culture.
The condo is very nicely decorated, a key feature for me, and was well-equipped. For the beach, there were chairs, a boogie board and lots of beach towels. The reclining chairs and dining set on the spacious lanai were perfect. The kitchen was a good size and had some basics like salt, spices and coffee.
The beds and living room furniture were comfortable, and we never used the A/C during our February visit. The ceiling fans and open windows/doors were enough.
One downside is that there you can hear road noise in the front bedroom, which was pretty small, but after I closed the windows and played some white noise on my phone, I slept like a rock.
The pool and hot tub are nice, and the condo community is pretty quiet and low-key.
Overall, a wonderful place, although a little noisy when the doors and windows are open, between the road noise and the surf noise. Still, we highly recommend it.

We loved our stay. Left doors open all night and listened to waves, watched surfers from lanai, kids played in tide pools right outside. Parking is easy, close to everything, sunsets were amazing. We had a great time and come back again!

View was awesome - hated to leave to explore the rest of the island. The condo itself was also awesome; including the great breeze. Very relaxing falling asleep to the sound of the ocean (can close glass doors if you don’t want to hear it). Unit was fully stocked with all the basics. Conveniently located. Plenty of covered parking. If all you are looking for in a sand beach is to lay out & enjoy the view / a book, there are 2 sandy beach areas right on the property. Chairs are included with the condo but there are also some available for use across from the pool. The property manager was a joy to work with.

Very nice and clean. Perfect space and very accommodating to what my family needed for our trip. We could watch surfers every morning from the lanai and the view was amazing.
