We would like to add that this property has ALWAYS been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between guests . . it isn't something that was just started due to new pandemic guidelines . . . . it was a standard, common procedure.

Cancellation Policy:-
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Also note:-
Good Neighbor Policy: Quiet hours shall be from 9PM to 8AM during which time the noise from the short term vacation rental shall not disturb neighbors
Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hrs shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with area.
Guest vehicles shall be parked in designated parking area onsite. Failure to comply with Good Neighbor policy will be construed to be a violation.
