Kitchen upgraded with all new stainless steel appliances and both bathrooms now have beautiful walk-in tiled showers!!! Mini-Split A/C as well!! (Not a separate blower in guest bedroom)
Located on the second floor of the north end of the oceanfront building, this oceanfront condo boasts first-class views as well as excellent proximity to Kona town and all activities. Watch world-class surfers ride the waves while dolphins frolic in their wake! Enjoy seasonal whale watching right from your lanai and get a close-up view of the giant sea turtles (Honu) that come in to feed in the tide pools and also to sun themselves on the beach! (No touching though!)

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.

Good Neighbor Policy: Quiet hours shall be from 9PM to 8AM during which time the noise from the short term vacation rental shall not disturb neighbors
Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hrs shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with area.
Guest vehicles shall be parked in designated parking area onsite. Failure to comply with Good Neighbor policy will be construed to be a violation.

A wonderful condo right on the ocean with gorgeous unobstructed views. The living room and master bedroom are right on the lanai/ocean with all sliding glass doors for walls. We slept with the glass doors open and dozed to the sound of the waves. There's a tide pool directly in front of the condo and a sea turtle hung out there most days. The location is ideal. We'd drive south every morning for a snorkel at our favorite spot - Two Step, come "home" for lunch (usually poke from Da Poke Shack, in the condo complex right at the bottom of the steps), and then drive to a white sand beach north to sun and swim for the afternoon. The condo is well equipped for the beach - great quality beach umbrella and chairs and cooler.
Costco and all the restaurants in Kona were on way headed north, and since this was a short trip we usually just picked up some take-out in Kona on the way home in the evening (longer trips we like to pick up fresh caught Hawaiian fish at Costco and some veggies to grill for dinner). We highly recommend this condo and would stay again if it's available the next time we fly down from Alaska! Mahalo!

This is such a wonderful property. Great location, convenient parking, easy check-in, super clean, well equipped kitchen, but best of all is the view! We did a lot during our visit but quite honestly, I would have been happy lounging on the super comfortable chaise all day gazing out at the beautiful ocean.

The place is right on the water, and has really good sound proofing, so you can still sleep well. The AC unit was powerful enough to cool the whole apartment. They had lots of little things in the unit to make our stay very convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!
