We have been providing corporate housing and vacation rentals in Orange County, California for the past six years. Two years ago we expanded into Mexico and the Hamptons in New York.
 
The team leaders Sandy and Terry have been together for the entire six years and we have added wonderful team members as we have expanded.  
 
Whether you are looking for a short getaway or a long-term stay we provide a complete home in each of our locations fully stocked with seasonings, silverware, dishes, everything you need to cook, bathroom and toiletry products, paper goods, soaps and detergents. Sandy’s place is a great location! If you like the beach & walking life it’s a dream!! Wonderfully designed & very thoughtful. I loved my time in this sacred ocean sanctuary & Sandy was so kind / quick to respond!!!

We stayed at Sandy's place from January 1, 2022 to March 19, 2022. The place has a very large bedroom furnished with a high quality king size bed and very high quality beddings. The view from the apartment es excellent. You can see the hills surrounding Laguna Beach as wells some of the ocean. The beach is within a ten minute walk. We did not rent a car in this winter trip and we didn't miss it. A Whole Foods is practically across the street and for longer distances, we used the free Trolley service or taxi. Sandy is very friendly and responsive. We will definitely stay at her place in future trips.

Excellent stay at Sandy’s apartment. Prior to and upon arrival communication was great. We were provided all of the information needed for a smooth check in. The apartment itself is spotless, inviting, comfortable and well stocked with whatever supplies you may need. Small touches were greatly appreciated, such as ceiling fans, filtered water, onsite laundry (in the grounds of the complex) and plenty of towels. Also provided are beach chairs and beach towels which we definitely used. Great balcony with an ocean view and breeze, perfect for coffee and cocktails!! Location is in the heart of downtown Laguna Beach just as described. Literally one block from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants, bars, grocery, boutiques. Overall, a wonderful stay and would love to stay again!!
