This house features 2 smart TV's for guest use during your stay (one in each living area with couches). The home is a "split level" layout, with the main floor featuring the open concept kitchen/dining/living room, the downstairs featuring a bedroom, bathroom, laundry area, and second living space with 2 couches. The upstairs then features 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The double queen bedroom features an en suite bathroom and does require 4-5 steps to enter.

We ask that all reservations are limited to 5 vehicles to be responsible and considerate neighbors! Additional parking may be available at local MARTA stations.

24/7 exterior surveillance of the property is in effect.
 
To ensure the best experience for you as our Guest the following can be considered a list of our expectations for your stay. We simply ask that you consider the house your home away from home and treat it with the consideration it deserves while also following the house rules: 

-No smoking of any kind inside the home
-No illegal drug use
-No Parties ( A gathering that involves a guest list in considerable excess of 16 individuals, the playing of "loud" music, the excessive use of alcoholic beverages & dancing )

Failure to adhere to the above policies can unfortunately result in immediate cancellation of your stay and/or vacating of the premises with an additional fee and possibly forfeiting of your security deposit.

-The only guests permitted to stay or visit, are the guests who are on the booking. The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
-Plumbing: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the plumbing system, you could be charged damages.
-Makeup must be properly removed ( DO NOT USE THE TOWELS ) prior to resting to avoid stained linen for which you will incur additional charges.
-The kitchen & dining area should be used for your eating pleasure as opposed to the bedrooms etc. Again we must avoid staining the linen and the carpeted areas as these damages will only serve to create unnecessary costs.

Please leave the house reasonably clean and tidy:
-Placing all trash in trash cans
-Kindly remove anything that needs to be thrown away; including bags, boxes from the bedroom and perishables from the refrigerator
-All dirty dinnerware to be left inside dishwasher and be turned on
-Used towels to be placed in linen baskets/laundry room
-Treating the property with care and respect.

For every guest, we provide fresh linens and clean towels, and a thoroughly cleaned house. Adhering to these requests will ensure a full refund of your security deposit. We thank you in advance for helping and trust your stay at our house will be memorable.

Good communication and will go out of the way to accommodate. The property has an open floor plan so it can entertain a group well. For families with small kids it does have stairs though. Overall wonderful place.

The location of this property is great for shopping (mall, shopping centers, etc). Six Flags and the skating rink are extremely close for extracurricular activities. Cleanliness of this home was good as well as communication with the host. The reason for the rate is because we encountered a couple of issues: *we traveled with 3 young children and the heat options for the add on rooms weren't available. We quickly purchased 2 portable heaters as well as reached out to the host. They responded pretty quickly and the next morning the property manager came with absolutely no regard to customer resolution, rather he just placed 2 portable heaters on the floor and left. *Signage is clearly visible asking for you to keep the home tidy, as well you should, however supplies (broom, mop, cleaning supplies, etc) were under lock and key. Again, host quickly assisted with being able to access these supplies. Overall, our stay was fun because we made the most out of it but wouldn't select this property in the future unless maintenance is performed.
