*Formal dining room and also a separate breakfast room, this has a lovely outlook and direct access by sliding doors onto the pool area.

It has it\'s own private 26ft x 13ft south west facing pool with a large sun deck area ensuring sun from early morning until sunset. It benefits from having free solar heating but also an electric pool heater should this option be required.
The pool area is fully screened to keep the wildlife out but still lets all the Florida sun in, pool safety fence for peace of mind if you have young children on holiday with you. It has a covered porch for those times when shade is needed and table and chairs for outside dining and 6 luxury poolside sun beds.
