2nd kitchen must be added when the number of occupants is above 7 guests. Average cost $15 per night
For holidays and holiday wkends there will be a 10% surcharge added to weekend rates for 3 nights minimum. Dec 22 through Jan. 2nd - considered 11 day Chris - Cancellations:
For cancellations 60 days or more before your check-in date, 50% of the Security Reservation Deposit equal to $125 is forfeited. For cancellations between 59 and 45 days (by 4 p.m.) before your check in date, 100% of the Security Reservation Deposit equal to $250 is forfeited unless dates can be re-rented and confirmed.
For cancellation less than 45 days before your check in date, the rent and tax and additional fees are forfeited, unless the property is re-rented and confirmed, in which case:
If the rental period is re-rented at the same rate as your original Agreement, then all rent, taxes, and additional fees minus a $250 administration and cancellation fee will be refunded.
If the re-rental rate is made at a lower rate than the original Tenant agreed to, the refunded amount will be the difference between the original rental rate and the new rental rate minus $125 administration and cancellation fee.
We will make every good faith effort to re-rent the property.
