Eagles Nest Cottage is a premium one-of-a kind luxury venue nestled amongst natural granite bolders, high on a hill adjacen to an operating vineyard and boutique winery. The Cottage is new construction but features a distinctive craftsman architecture combined with an olde world wine theme and luxury antiques. Extensively landscaped, the entrance patio features an 3-tier classic Italian fountain filling the area with the soothings sound of dancing water.
Envisioned as luxury vacation home venue for a romantic or private getaway for couples and wine lovers, Eagles Nest Cottage provides breathtaking views combined with high-end amenities that range from the selected antique furnishings, to the natural stone finished bath with oversized heated Jacuzzi tub, and a premium full-sized gourmet stainless and granite kitchen. Adjacent to the winery's crush pad, barrel room, and wood-fired pizza oven, and above one of the vineyards - the cottage is immersed in the wine making lifestyle and private tours of the winery and vineyards are always offered as a special treat to our guests.
The amenity list includes European antique furnishings, deluxe pillow-top queen bed with premium 600 thread count linens and décor bedding, flat screen with cable, DVD player, DVD library, selected wine and travel books, stereos with iPod docks (bring your IPod!!!), web access is available. The deluxe full-sized refrigerator is stocked with complimentary pre-packaged foods, beverages, and ice for your enjoyment. The non-smoking cottage features non-allergenic plank flooring that is maintained with a steam floor cleaner between visits.
Outdoors, a premium high-BTU stainless gas grill for cooking, quartz patio heater, generous sized premium outdoor furniture on the patios, and an expansive northeasterly facing view deck that sheltering you from the sun but enabling gentle prevaing westerly breezes.

Policies
Deposit:
We require a deposit equal to 50% of the quoted rate. You may use a credit card to secure the cottage reservation.
Security Deposit
Security/Incidental Charges: Upon check in, occupants will be required to leave a credit card imprint for any incidental charges. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Otherwise occupants will be asked to leave a cash deposit equal to one nights occupancy fee. This will be returned within 7 days after departure to allow for inventory of cottage.
Cancellation Policy:
No-show and same day cancellations will be charged for the entire stay as compensation for lost business.
Cancellations must be discussed in-person or over the phone and confirmed in writing. Blind e-mail, voice-mail, or fax notifications are NOT sufficient to cancel a reservation and must be backed up by in-person telephone call to (760) 505-8229. You will receive a written confirmation of your cancelation reflecting fees and refund arrangements.
If you choose to cancel your stay with us, we will be happy to refund your deposit provided that you provided a three weeks notice, otherwise 1/7th (one day) of the weekly rate will be charged as a service charge.
Eagles Nest Cottage reserves the right to cancel any reservation due to:
Customer not showing up at scheduled arrival time
Upon a 24 hour notice to the guest.
