The Jacobson Building is located on prestigious Broad Street, right in the Heart of Charleston's Historic District on Gallery Row. Our location is second to none, within close walking distance of the famous Battery, Market Street, Waterfront Park, and Charleston's finest restaurants, art galleries, and shopping.
We have carefully designed our downtown home so that it can be subdivided to comfortably accommodate a party of 2-4 in our 2 King Bedroom Suite with Shared Bath & Wet Bar, while at the same time accommodating a party of 4-6 in our Grand Studio with Kitchen, Living Room w/Comfortable Queen Sleeper, Full Bath Plus Queen Sleigh Bed plus a King Master Bedroom and 2nd Bath. All apartments are completely private with separate entrances. Guests may choose 1, 2, 3 or 4 Rooms, all Completely Private. We will gladly assist with best option depending upon the nature of your party, singles or couples.
The 2nd Floor Jacobson Apartment is fully renovated. Enjoy original architecture of the 1700's, like 16 foot ceilings with Dental Molding and original fireplaces. Our modern touches include new tile baths and kitchen plus central heat and air conditioning.

Wow wow wow, definitely this property is in our top 3 of all time. David and Jenny were very responsive, there were everything you could think of. Our family is big on coffee, so that coffee bar was the most important thing in the kitchen. If you are looking for a big house, with lots to do in and out side, this is your place.

What a BEAUTIFUL place to stay. I didn’t want to leave. We reserved David & Jenny’s place for the holidays for our family vacation. It was just the getaway we needed for some much needed R&R. We mainly stayed in because the home had everything we needed to be entertained especially the arcade, movie theater and hot tub. When we did venture out, everything we needed was just a short 20 min drive away. Home is fully stocked, clean and comfortable. The outside bed swing is perfect for an afternoon nap. David & Jenny were excellent hosts. Responsive and went the extra mile by adding little touches that brought in the holiday spirit! Would go back again in a heartbeat. 10/10

This cabin had everything we needed and more for our large family vacation. We enjoyed our time exploring TN and some days, enjoyed relaxing in our cabin just as much. There was plenty to do to keep the kids entertained. The rooms were spacious and clean. Bathrooms immaculate. Loved the coffee bar. Well stocked linens, towels, and kitchen. Would have no hesitation staying again!
