Grand Timber Lodge is the perfect resort for spending an amazing Christmas ski vacation at a premier Five Star resort in the ideal mountain town of Breckenridge, Colorado.  Grand Timber Lodge is both luxurious and family friendly.  Tucked between Peaks 8 and 9 of Breckenridge Ski Resort, Grand Timber Lodge boasts true ski-in and ski-out convenience to some of the finest terrains in North America with an average of nearly 300 inches of snow each year and  terrain that is varied for skiers of all abilities. You just ski out of the resort and down to the Snowflake Lift which takes you to Peak 8 and easy access to Peaks 9 and 10. Ski school is located on Peak 8 and Peak 9. The Lodge is also just a short drive to other popular ski areas: Vail, Beaver Creek, Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Arapaho Basin as well as to excellent Nordic Centers for cross-country skiing.  In addition, journey two miles to Breckenridge’s Recreation Center for ice skating.  The marvelous concierge service can help you make arrangements for Snowmobiling, Dog Sledding, and other great winter adventures.  And Grand Timber’s free shuttle service can take you conveniently anywhere in town or to other major ski lifts within the Breckenridge Ski complex.
 
We enjoy just parking our car in the enclosed heated parking garage, an elevator away from our own condo, and then letting the shuttle service take us around town, including to a fabulous array of restaurants.  You can rent skis on site at the Lodge or arrange for the shuttle to take you to numerous rental firms offering virtually any type of winter gear.   
 
Grand Timber Lodge has luxurious amenities including an elegantly designed, 3000 Square Foot, Grand Victorian Day Spa and Salon, two indoor and outdoor swimming pools and the Six relaxing outdoor hot tubs, three of which are conveniently located next to the Lodgepole Bar and Grill. The resort also has arcades, athletic facilities, exercise classes, a babysitting service, and special weekly events.
 
This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a washer/dryer, a balcony off the living room and master bedroom, a double room master bath one with a convenient shower and the other with a large Jacuzzi for two.  The second bedroom has its own mini bar and separate full bath.  The living room has a gas fireplace that turns on with the flick of a switch.  You can also turn on the fireplace fan to quickly warm up most of the unit during the coldest of nights or simply leave the fan off and enjoy the visual warmth of the fireplace’s glow.
 
This property is available the entire week from Saturday Dec 21st departing Saturday Dec 28th.  The special rate for this entire week is only $2,800, half the normal rake rate for this highly sought after week.

This wonderful condo has already been discounted by 50% or $400 per day off the normal Christmas rack rate of $800/day.  The $400/day applies to only a full week rental. (Partial week rates are $500/day with a 3 day minimum)  A 25% nonrefundable deposit is reserved to reserve with an additional 25% nonrefundable deposit due 60 days before arrival. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival.
