Our condo is very well equipped with kitchen supplies, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards & golf clubs!. We also have a new trifold twin sized (6" thick) memory foam floor mattress stored in the guest room closet - we don't have it made up unless it is needed - perhaps for a third child or extra guest. I have slept on it for a week when our granddaughter was visiting and it is extremely comfortable!
Due to its large size and location, this is one of the MOST desirable Tennis Villas in all of Sea Oaks!!!
