Views of the beach are seen directly from the large wrap around deck which extends half way around the house. The beach itself is one dune away about 80 feet from the front door! This house has been totally renovated within the last 4 years with new floors, central air/heat, new appliances, great comfortable beds, televisions with cable, and bathrooms. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and comfortably sleeps 8-10 people with small children. (8 adults max) 2 Queen beds, full size bunk beds, queen sofa sleeper, and a twin sofa sleeper. This house is located with in minutes from Pier Park, restaurants, and entertainment. It is also located next to the famous Thomas donut and more! A quick walk to the Carousal market .
