**PLEASE** read all House Rules before booking to be sure this home is a good fit for you. We do not allow for any Day Visitors. No one else is allowed to "Just stop by" for any reason. This is not a party house. A copy of Driver's License and a signed Agreement is required.

A magnificently crafted, 3-story, 3000 square foot mountain home on 6 acres in a gated community with all paved roads with thousands of acres of the Pisgah National Forest bordering your back yard!!
Home has a 16 x16 Yoga/Pilates deck on the side of the mountain. Experience Yoga/Pilates like never before! Enjoy the evening Stargazing!
We did our homework when we chose to build in this area. We found this area to be the perfect location. It is close to every kind of activity one can think of with endless hikes and waterfalls around every bend. Yet you will be secluded with thousands of acres of the Pisgah National Forest to give the ultimate peaceful, private experience.
Our home was created to provide a relaxing and restorative experience in a pristine setting.
Enjoy the 1800 sq. ft. deck. Sit around the burn table with a glass of wine and watch the skies put on a show with a beautiful display of colors that only the Blue Ridge Mountains can provide. Or soak in the Large 5-person Hot Tub that has been thoughtfully situated to take in the amazing views!
The main deck also has a BBQ Grill and plenty of seating for gathering and warming yourself around the burntable. The memories of laughter with your family and friends will warm your hearts for a lifetime.
The game room on the 1st floor is sure to be a hit. It provides plenty of space and tables for your favorite board game play off. Enjoy the Pool table and watch your favorite movie.

We call this property "At The Top" because it is the highest home in the vicinity, overlooking the North Cove township which rises through the Continental Divide to enter the High Country.
This area is known for its endless hikes, waterfalls and all the quant towns with their restaurants, shops and history. We are located just minutes to the Linville Caverns, Blue Ridge Parkway, Linville Falls Winery and the famous Linville hike and water falls and so many of the quant little towns..
With a 650 foot paved driveway and the Pisgah National Forest as your backyard neighbor (yes, the property borders the Pisgah National Forest), you will feel as if you are alone on the "Top of the World" yet just minutes to roads leading to hundreds of activities and attractions.
An outstanding mountain property with 270 degree Close and Long-Range Mountain and Valley Views. Less than one hour to Asheville, Black Mountain, Boone, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk and all of the activities of Western North Carolina including:

1. ENJOY YOUSELF!
2. ONLY the 12 guests named on the Agreement are to be on the property for ANY reason. Not a party house (Guest of 12 = ALL ages)
3.Copy of Driver License required with a signed Rental Agreement. Must be 30 yrs old to book There is 1 outside camera for security.
4.The FP is for ambience not to heat home. A tank is supplied. The tank will give 11 hours. If more is desired, there a tank swap at Lowes
5. A firm check out time $50 for each 15 min.
Cleaning practices:-
Cleaned with disinfectant
All towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF
High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (like countertops, light switches, handles, and faucets)
Check in and check out with no person-to-person contact
Policies
No Day Visitors can stop by for any reason. No pets are allowed. Smoking inside of any kind is prohibited. Must be 30+ to book. Signed Rental Agreement and copy of Drivers License required.
