While we accept inquiries at any time, we do not ever book less than 2 weeks in advance and if you are not inquiring about a possible booking more than one month in advance, your dates are likely not available.
Parties are not allowed. More than 8 adults and more than 16 total persons is also against house rules and local occupancy laws. Any attempt to exceed these restrictions will result in immediate cancellation of booking and removal by county law enforcement, loss of all booking fees and security deposit

At Sun Gathering House the maximum number of adults is 8, the maximum number of children is 8. The total number of all is 16, only 8 of which can be adults. At Sun Gathering House there are 6 Bedrooms, 4 King bedrooms(one downstairs) and 2 multi bunk themed bedrooms. Three of the King bedrooms have private bathroom, one has jack and jill bathroom with the Disney themed bunk room. There is bathroom downstairs off the living room that opens out to the Lanai and pool area and another hallway bathroom upstairs for the game room and Star Wars themed bunk room. That is a total of 6 bathrooms.
Check out all the amenities we offer from the must haves such as plenty of towels, kitchen and bathroom needs, washer and dryer and free wifi, to some extras such as heated pool, movie room, video game room, themed bedrooms, and flat screen TV's in each bedroom.
There are 2 pack and plays, 2 high chairs, and 2 dining booster seats, plus the little ones get their very own dining room table.
There is a game room with not one but three Xbox consoles (Playstation console coming soon ask me) and TV's as well as an air hockey table. Our kids enjoy the house so much they hardly want to leave.
Your home is impeccably decorated with a relaxing look that says Welcome Home! There is a fully equipped kitchen and memory foam mattresses for the perfect sleep after an active or relaxing day.
The heated pool and spill over spa are relaxing and fun and are surrounded by ample lounge chairs and covered lanai table seating.
Want to get your grill on, go ahead, there is a propane grill for you to showoff your grilling talents.
Sun Gathering House is only a 2-4 minute stroll to The Oasis Club, the community area where you can find a lazy river, water slide, pool, and splash area. Cool off with a cold drink at the Tiki Bar or find something to eat for everyone. There is a fitness room and Arcade room as well.(And yes entry is INCLUDED in your stay).
Since you are a short drive to Disney World, 2 exits to World Drive and 6 exits to Epcot Center Drive and World Center Drive, you are right in the middle of the action.
Only 20 minutes to Sea World and 25 minutes to Universal Studios Orlando

My wife Belinda and I have been married for almost 20 years. We have twin boys. Our family loves travelling to Orlando and to Disney specifically. We are about to step into Universal mode as well and we will let you know how that goes. We come to Orlando 3-4 times per year often with friends and extended family and the planning of the trip is almost as much fun for me as the actual trip itself as I get to try to envision each day for my family. Seeing our kids enjoy character interactions and shows is priceless. Our most recent trip to Disney was in March of 2020 and we went to all 4 theme parks on March 15 the day prior to the closure. Four parks, 17 attractions experienced including Seven Dwarves Mine Train, Splash Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain RR, Space Mountain, Pirates, Soarin', Test Track, Everest, Kilimanjaro Safari , Avatar Flight of Passage, Millennium Falcon, Toy Story Mania, and Slinky Dog Dash. What an incredible day!
We have made a plethora of special memories and have met a lot of families from all over the country both at Disney World and on Disney Cruises and we all share the desire to make lasting memories with our families. I know you will be able to do that at Sun Gathering House!
Why this property? We have been coming to Orlando to to to the parks and as a gateway to cruises for the last 6 years. We stayed at a house once and absolutely loved the experience and realized, this is something we want more families to experience as well. We looked for months to find the right property to purchase and were thrilled when we found this property for sale. It has everything the vacationing family could want and more.
