Situated only 300 feet from Sisters Creek, where you can access many great restaurants by boat, as well as gas stations and bait shops. There is a fish cleaning station with water and power access on the dock. Just a few hundred feet from the infamous paddle trails of boot key which offers everything from easy to very adventuresome kayaking trips.House has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms upstairs and an independent 1 bedroom 1 bathroom downstairs. House is perfect for families and groups of all ages. Room Downstairs is perfect for those traveling with different age groups and offers privacy.
