13 acres overlooking the Tucson Valley and City Lights with the Catalina Mountains and Canyons as a backdrop. Views are found from every room of the house. You will feel like your only neighbors are the birds and the bees. Home is in a private gated community with a private gated entrance if required. The home has large gathering areas (Great Room
Dining Room
etc.)and small cozy areas as well. There are 3 indoor fireplaces and an outdoor fireplace along with a Jacuzzi and Pool overlooking the Mountains and the City. The kitchen has everything necessary to prepare a fabulous meal and leads out to a patio where you can view Tucson's famous sunrises and sunsets as well as city lights and Mountain tops. The Master bedroom has a King Size bed and several seating areas including a single pull out couch and desk as well as a bathroom with double sinks
a jacuzzi tub
and two person shower. Two other bedrooms have Queen size beds and the separate mother-in-law quarters has a Queen size bed and queen sleeper sofa as well as a fireplace and kitchenette. All bedrooms have full bathrooms except the middle bedroom which has a hall bath and outside shower giving the home 5 bathrooms including the pool bathroom. There are books

The view from up in the mountain throughout the house but in particular from the hot tub and pool looking down into the valley of Tucson was one of the best we have experienced. The house was laid out perfectly to capture the view. Barb was a pleasure to work with.
This is by far the nicest VRBO home I have ever stayed.
This home is high on the side of the Catalina Mountains looking out over the entire Tucson area.; the views are superb. The house is of highest quality construction and design; truly 1 of a kind. There is a pool and spa that will make you want to stay forever! I will definitely visit here again. Barb is an excellent hostess. Thank you so very much!

As a snowbird I come to AZ every year. I even own a second home in the Phoenix area but I love visiting Tucson while I am here because of the natural beauty. Now that I have found this gem of a property in Tucson with these fantastic views, privacy with all the comforts of a 1st class country club and amenities, yet homey, I will certainly be back. Check in was simple but informative on all we needed to know, very clean and safe, and special touches like fresh flowers! Ventana Country Club is very exclusive so if you can grab this property in the future I highly recommend it.
