We are also offering 30% off our published rates for early payment on any stays starting after April 4. This Mediterranean style mansion is a modernized 3523 square foot home which features a large screened in pool and just minutes to the beaches, shopping, and dining. It is spacious and professionally decorated. Your family will love the large remodeled kitchen which adjoins the spacious great room that overlooks the pool threw sliding glass doors which opens the whole wall up. It has four bedrooms, four baths, formal dining room, formal living room, great room, and kitchen. The large master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and bidet.

This gorgeous, very large, private home is located Gulfport within a few miles from the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. It is located on a double lot giving it a large fenced in yard for privacy and great for pets!

Enjoy the ambiance, privacy, and economy of a private home with hotel amenities close at hand! The Tampa International Airport is just 30 minutes away and the airport limo will drop you at the door.

With 3523 square feet of heated and cooled space spread out over two stories, this house is especially well suited for large families or multiple couples. It is set up such that you can easily find a retreat from the others when you need your own space.

Pricing Details:

- The cost for a month covers 4 weeks regardless of the calendar.

- $25 per night per person additional charged for more than 6 people of age 10 and older.

- $45 damage waiver available which covers the first $700 of accidental damage. Purchase of damage waiver required for groups greater than 6 people or with multiple children.

- Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Note: We are only able to offer a limited number of one week rentals, call or email for availability. Unless we have less than seven nights available between dates, our minimum rental charge is one week. Short term rates included for adding time to that minimum.

2/3 off weekly rates for any opening booked within 3 days of arrival.

50% off weekly rates for any opening booked within 1 Weeks of arrival.

25% off regular rates for any opening booked within 2 Weeks of arrival.

Discounts not applicable during US national holidays.

• Well-behaved pets welcome, $15 per pet per day fee, not to exceed $315 per pet. (Pre approval required)

• 13% Local lodgings tax (0% for Rentals of one month or more)

• $175 Cleaning fee

• Wireless internet available, $60 per week or $98 a month, pre notification required.

• Security Deposit waved with valid credit card.

• Check-in 4PM, Check-out 10AM (unless otherwise prearranged and confirmed in writing)

Reservation Deposit: 10% of lodging fee ($350 minimum) required to hold all reservations, of which half is refundable upon cancellation up to 120 days in advance of scheduled check in date. A total of 50% of the lodging fee is required 90 days in advance of check in. (This would be an additional 40% of the lodging fee assuming the initial 10% was previously paid).

• All fees, taxes and deposits due one week prior check in.

We have been hosting vacationers at our properties since 2007 and have owned other rental property for much longer. Donna is a citified interior decorator and loves adding all those special touches to the vacation properties.
 
Why this property? This house was a former residence of ours which was only sold to an LLC and converted to a vacation rental early in 2011. The house is beautiful on its and has been personally decorated by Donna, who is a certified interior decorator. We hope you can come and enjoy this house as much as we had.

Great location, took 5-10 minutes to get to the beach. I recommend Pass-a-Grille Beach, absolutely beautiful. Pool was fantastic and clean. Fenced in backyard was great fr the pups. Plenty of room in the house. Comparing the price of this home to what it offered, excellent. Owners and Maintenance were prompt at responding and helpful. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you we had a great vacation.

I was on a business trip and I saw this I thought I can mix in a little vacation with work and it really worked well very. Convenient to everything you need including the beach! My girlfriend stopped down and she would take off to Gulfport Beach or the town during the day while I worked and then at night we could go over to St Pete Beach and downtown St Pete, everyday was very momentous. We plan on checking back with Jim and maybe staying next time we're down hopefully we'll be able to do get down on business if not we'll just strictly do a vacation.
