We have recently added this lovely gulf front gem to the vacations properties we manage. It offers breathtaking sunsets while relaxing on the furnished balcony. It is right on one of the best beaches in Florida. “The Pub”, and “Island Marine Rentals” is directly across the street. The Pub is one of the best waterfront restaurant and bar in the area. Island Marine Rentals has boats, Kayaks, Paddle boards, scooters, and bicycles. A short drive to many restaurants, pubs, shopping, and attractions.
Area Information
Indian Shores has spectacular beaches compatible to ever popular Clearwater beach but with out all the traffic, crowds, and high prices.
Attractions Within Walking Distance
The Pub directly across the street servers fine food as well as a bar and a patio bar overlooking there docks on the inter coastal.
Caddy's pup is catty corner across the street.
Island Marine Rentals directly across the street has boats, Kayaks, Paddle boards, scooters, and bicycles for rent.
There are multiple shops, bars and restaurants just a mile north.
Favorite Places To Eat
Crabby bills 1.1 mile north for fresh sea food at a reasonable price.
Los Mexicanos 0.9 mile north. Great Mexican food for extremely cheep.
JD's Restaurant & Lounge 0.8 mile north. Good food, inexpensive.
Salt Rock Grill 1.4 miles south. Fine dining, excellent food. Comparable to Burns Steakhouse.

- $35 per night per person additional charged for more than 6 people age 3 or older, excluding specials which covers first 4 people age 3 or older.
- Until confirmed rates subject to change without notice
- Short stays OK but minimum rental charge is 1 week unless less than 7 nights available between dates.

35% off weekly rates for any opening booked within 3 days of arrival
30% off weekly rates for any opening booked within 1 Weeks of arrival
25% off regular rates for any opening booked within 2 Weeks of arrival
- 3 day, 1 week, and 2 week of arrival specials cannot be combined with other promotional pricing

Additional:
- pets not allowed. $1000 charge if pet enters unit
- Reservation Deposit 10% of lodging fee ($350 minimum) required to hold reservations, of which half refundable upon cancellation up to 120 days in advance of scheduled check in. No refunds within 120 days of check in, but can credited towards final payment on future reservation. Total of 50% of lodging fee required 90 days in advance of check in. (This would be an additional 40% of the lodging fee assuming the initial 10% was previously paid).

- 13% Local lodgings tax, 6% for Rentals of one month or more
- $175 Cleaning fee
- Damage waiver available for $45 which protects you against charges for accidental damage not exceeding $700. Mandatory for groups with multiple children.
- $700/Month Security Deposit, up to $3,100 maximum, refunded at checkout. Security Deposit waved with valid credit card.
- Check-in 4PM, Check-out 10AM unless otherwise prearranged and confirmed in writing

About the owner: Donna is originally from Alabama and Jim is originally from Minnesota. We have been hosting vacationers at our properties since 2007 and have owned other rental property for much longer. Donna is a citified interior decorator and loves adding all those special touches to the vacation properties.
Why this property? This house was a former residence of ours which was only sold to an LLC and converted to a vacation rental early in 2011. The house is beautiful on its and has been personally decorated by Donna, who is a certified interior decorator. We hope you can come and enjoy this house as much as we had.
