'Casa Bonita' which means 'Beautiful Home' is a beautifully furnished four bedroom, three bathroom home with a 26 ft x 14 ft swimming pool and covered lanai and is just a 3.5 mile drive to Walt Disney World Resort.
This wonderfully located property backs onto natural Floridian countryside enabling you to relax in privacy. The pool is in full sunlight from mid-morning until mid-afternoon every day enabling you to make the most of your vacation. The Covered Lanai has a Patio Table and six Chairs and is equipped with a gas burning grill for your outdoor pleasure.
There are 4 bedrooms in this home. The 1st is the Master Bedroom #1 which contains a king-size pillow-top bed and has an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd is the Master Bedroom #2 which contains a queen-size pillow-top bed and also has an ensuite bathroom. The 3rd bedroom contains a queen-size pillow-top bed and shares an adjacent bathroom. The 4th bedroom contains two twin beds and shares the adjacent bathroom.
The primary Master bedroom has a Sliding Door leading directly out onto the Covered Lanai and Pool. The regular Bedrooms both share a third bathroom, this bathroom also leads directly onto the Pool Deck to allow access to the Bath and Shower after swimming.
The Kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer with Ice Maker, Electric Range with oven, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster and Blender and a separate Utility area with Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer. There is a Breakfast Nook with a Table and four Chairs and also a separate Dining Area.
Televisions with TIVO TV and Radio Alarm Clocks are located in each of the four bedrooms and all the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The family room boasts a 50“ Television with Cable TV and a DVD player. There is a Wii game console WITH a free subscription to unlimited Net Flix & Hulu movies!
There is also a desktop computer with full high speed internet access in the family room for the enjoyment of the children and adults alike. The house is set-up as a WIFI area so guests may use their own laptops if desired. An air hockey table, a Pool Table, and a foosball table are in the Game room along with a dart game and a 40" TV adding additional entertainment and sports action.
The subdivision of Indian Creek has its own children’s playground and also a basketball and Tennis Courts. Tennis rackets and a basketball are available in the game room for your use. There are no charges for using the playground or courts.
Casa Bonita is located just minutes from State Highway 192 the main artery thru the attractions and Kissimmee area which has an abundance of supermarkets, pharmacies, and petrol stations as well as many other shops and restaurants. Mystic Dunes and Orange Lake Resorts also boasts four Eighteen Hole Golf Courses for the keen golfers. The nearby Disney complex features an additional 16 different golf courses.
Casa Bonita is just 30 minutes from Orlando Airport and only an hour’s drive from Kennedy Space Center and the beautiful Atlantic Coast Beaches.
There is no need to bring Towels with you on vacation as Casa Bonita has Pool Towels available for use at the home or beach.

Stays of less than 5 nights: Our rates are based upon a minimum of five nights. Stays of four nights are occasionally accepted during the slower seasons or when they fill open dates between longer stays or match-up with arrivals or departures of longer stays. In all cases, the minimum stay for which our home can be rented is four nights. No special discounts apply for stays of four nights.
POOL HEAT from a gas heater is available at a rate of $8 per day. Please see our Rental Contract, our home website, or email us for more details about pool heat.
We have a "no animals" and "No Pets" policy at both of our vacation rental homes. We own pets ourselves, and understand the trauma of separation (more for them than for us…) Our homes are designated as a PET FREE and ANIMAL FREE HOMES to protect those guests who suffer allergies to animal hair and/or dander (and they have been guaranteed that the home is free of pet dander). Medical experts have advised us that if a PET or ANIMAL is brought into the home, subsequent guests can be affected and suffer from the presence of such dander. Following such a stay would require extensive cleaning of carpets, upholstery, and bedding to return it to a dander free condition.
That means that after a guest with either an animal or pet stayed with us, the home would have to be removed from the rental market for a three to four days for that cleaning. Our inventory of homes is too small and any possible back-to-back reservations would be lost causing significant loss to our business.
External video cameras monitor the home during periods when no guests are present to provide an added measure of security. Video cameras are also installed at the entry of the community and are monitored by local authorities.

This home is so close to Disney that you can hit the parks when they open then as crowds begin to grow slip-out and be home in less than 5 minutes. Enjoy a dip in the pool or a homemade lunch then as the crowds thin out at Disney go back to the park for an evening of fun, parades, and fireworks! Disney permits guests to leave and return to the parks on the same day at no extra charge. Kissimmee is home to Disney and close to all of the theme parks. When you are ready to just relax the gameroom in this vacation home offers billiards, foosball, darts, or turbo air hockey. Equipment is on hand for the nearby tennis courts or basketball courts -- and there is a playground for the kids. Disney, Universal Studios, and Sea World and all of the attractions that Orlando and Kissimmee have to offer -- and you are on the front steps!
Area Information
The nearest main street to our home is US Highway 192 which runs east and west. It begins at Highway 27 just a few miles to the west and runs eastward through the city of Kissimmee, the town of St Cloud, and then est ward to Melbourne and Melbourne Beach at the Atlantic Ocean! (about 60 miles...) Along this highway visitors will find hundreds of stores, restaurants and places of interest.
Attractions Within Walking Distance
A car or active participation with Uber is really necessary in the Central Florida area. Public transportation is insufficient to meet the needs of our guests.
For those who like to walk for exercise our community has miles of walkways throughout the community. And, for those who wish to just enjoy being outdoors, our home has two Cruiser bicycles that may be used to just peddle around the neighborhood.

An idea for a great time!
For a fun FREE event, the Lakeridge Winery in nearby Clermont Florida (about 20 miles north on Highway 27). During the week the tours are conducted at a tasting area. On weekends or special events, the wine tasting operates as a walk-through style tasting. The walk-through tasting begins with a quick ID check where you will receive a wine sample tasting cup, and wine list. You will then wind through our production area to a number of stations where you will receive samples of our top selling wines. The tasting ends inside our large wine shop full of our wine products and specialty wine gifts. The music festivals are outside under a tree covered area. When you submit an inquiry, you will receive a quote which shows all of the mounts including taxes that you need to pay. A standard cleaning fee of $80 is included for each stay.
During the registration process to make a RESERVATION, the person making the booking will be asked to electronically sign our Rental Agreement and Contract. To preview it, please visit our home website at /Rental_Agreement.html .
Our security deposit is $250 and becomes due 7 days prior to arrival. If you use a regular credit card, the deposit is processed as an "authorization only". That means that there is no actual charge placed on your credit card, but rather your provider "pre-approves" a charge should it become necessary. This is the same procedure that hotels use almost world-wide when they ask you for your credit card at check-in for "incidentals". The main incidental they are referring to is the security deposit for the room you are renting. If you use a debit card or PayPal to place the security deposit, then a charge is placed on your card and after check-out a refund will be processed to return the funds to you. PayPal recently changed their policy on refunds. If you pay the Security Deposit using PayPal they will not refund the fee that they charge when we issue the refund for the security deposit. That fee is approximately $7.00. If you use a regular credit card (not on PayPal) to place the security deposit no fee is charged.
Note: For short-notice reservations, payment of the full rental amount must be made no less than 5 days before arrival. This allows for the normal processing of charges and payments before access to the home is provided.

Q:
What time is check-in and check-out?
A:
Our check-in time is 4 pm on the day of arrival, and check-out is at 10 am on the departure date.
Q:
How do we gain entry to the home?
A:
Entry is controlled by an electronic lock . About a week before your arrival we will email you a code which will access the lock and provide entry. You may arrive anytime after the standard check-in time.
Q:
Can we check-in early or late?
A:
If there is no other guest departing on your arrival date, we may be able to permit you to check in early (but not before 12:00 noon) Due to scheduling of our cleaning crews, we are unable to provide late check-outs. An extra day of rental can be arranged if there is not another guest arriving on your departure date. In all cases, early check-ins must be approved by management.
Q:
Can we park on the street because we have two or more cars?
A:
Yes, parking on the street is permitted (including overnight). However ensure that cars are parked with the flow of normal traffic and do not block either the driveway or any part of the sidewalk. We have Code Enforcement officers who aggressively write tickets when they find these discrepancies (and tickets all start at $50).

YES. Our minimum number of days is FIVE. Our rates and cleaning fee are set based upon that minimum. (If you request fewer days than five we will provide you a quote for our minimum.)

Are Service animals, comfort animals, or pets allowed?

This home is designated as a PET FREE home (including the game room area). Pets and animals are not allowed to be brought into this home to maintain a NO PET DANDER condition within the home to protect guests who suffer allergies to animal dander.

About the owner: My wife and I own and operate Autumn Creek Management Inc through which we manage a small number of Vacation Rental Homes in the Indian Creek community. We live nearby so we can respond whenever needed to any request from our guests.
I served 24 years in the US Air Force. I then worked a second career in Hotel Management and Operations as a Director of Housekeeping at some large properties in the Orlando area. Claudia also worked a career in the Hotel Management area as a Director of Housekeeping at hotels in the Orlando area. After retiring from those endeavors, we began our own enterprise.
Claudia is from Cali, Colombia and I am a native Floridian.
