We call our place the "Red Bear Cabin". It's an older & very cozy house, has been fully renovated & has old-style charm. The Kitchen & baths are like new. This is a special place on Lake Glenville with boat & swim dock, good fishing & swimming. Its very convenient to everything local. Our place is on east side of Lake & more Convenient closer to Glenville & Cashiers. We have incredible Panoramic Lake & Mtn. Views. The Cashiers Village is 3 miles away & Glenville is about 1 miles, convenient to Shopping, Grocery stores, World Class Restaurants, or the simple Pizza or BBQ House, Nearby Waterfalls, Hiking Trails, Highlands Village, Sapphire Golfing, Cherokee Reservation & Casino, Golfing, & River Rafting. This is the center of it all on the Lake. East side of Lake. Enjoy the 3 Kayaks, Lkside-Hammock, Corn-toss boards, Direct TVs, Free Internet, Games or just read a book in the peaceful hammock at Lakeside. Grills & Fire pit are provided at the scenic patio. Resort Golfing, Waterfalls, slides, fishing, & swimming are abundant of course. Spend a few nights or a few weeks. This place is for everyone. Kids, Couples, Grandparents, handicapped, or your private retreat. If you have a small group we can sometimes host as though It was a Bed and Breakfast. Make sure you understand how the AC & anything Mechanical works befor using it. No Kids under 21 using the Propane Grills. No illegal Drug use.
Use Kayaks & Boats at your own Risk & wear Life vests while in water. Always be aware of potential Danger & Zones. No Glass on Patios or Boat Dock.

Stays of over a week or more require $250 as Basic Cleaning Fee. 1-5 days is $200. Additional persons over 4, add $25 extra per night. This confirms use of the lower level of the home. We are pet friendly (love the tail wagers), yet pets require a non refundable deposit $150 per dog/pet. Some 1, 2 & 3 night stays are available upon availability, requests, or special situations. We like for our Guests to take away their trash to the S.R.C. (State Recycle Center) just 4 miles north on Hwy 107 on the left & just past Pine Creek Rd.. Open 7a-6p. Ingles Grocery Store (A NICE one) is just 4 miles south in the Heart of Cashiers for good food choices. Of course we have many nearby: Restaurants, Shopping, Fishing, Golf, Boat Rentals, & Hiking trails, Ask us for any recommendations. See you soon at Red Bear Cabin. The 2021 Rates are now set & we are preferring a 2 week minimum stay with Sat. check in/out. Yes we are Lake front with boat dock available. Feel free to ask any questions.

Its easy to find yourself, rest & still have the time of your life here. Been all over the world but this is the best. Swim to the island, walk, Hike, or boat to the falls. Yes we do have white squirrels. Best spot on the Lake. Can usually match or beat other lake-front rental rates. Please inquire. If available ask about our Boat Tours.
