The centerpiece of the community is the clubhouse and pool, complete with a small store, some food and beverage service, tiki bar, game room, fitness center and covered lanai with ping pong tables and tv's.
Windsor Hills is just a few miles from everything Disney! Close to a great selection of shopping, dining and entertainment destinations. Adjacent to the Interstate-4 corridor, for a short drive to Universal and Sea World parks.
Only about an hour-and-a-half from the Space Coast beaches of Cocoa and Melbourne. And right next door to the Gary Koch-designed, award-winning Mystic Dunes Golf Course.
Bedroom 1: Overlooking the pool is the Caribbean Suite and principal master bedroom features a Queen Bed, full dresser, wall-mounted flat-screen TV and private bathroom.
Bedroom 2: The Regatta Suite is located toward the front of the villa and features a nautical theme, King size bed, full dresser, a salon chair, wall-mounted flat-screen TV and private bathroom.
Bedroom 3: Mickey's Mini-Suite is perfect for the kids and features 2 Twin beds, in-wall entertainment hutch with a flat-screen TV, DVD and VHS player with plenty of movies, books and games. Also has a semi private bathroom with shower/tub combo
Bedroom 4: Safari Bedroom is such a fun room and decorated accordingly. This room features 2 Twin beds, flat-screen TV, DVD's, books plush toys. Also has a private bathroom!
Of course the centerpiece is the private heated swimming pool and spa! Have fun swimming or relax on the covered / shaded patio with ceiling fans. Also features outdoor dining table, as well as adult cocktail seating.
For the safety of little ones there is also a child safety fence around the pool you can use.
Other features of this home include a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of pots and pans, dishes, glasses and even plastic storage containers. A BBQ grill is also provided at no extra charge however we do kindly ask each guest clean after use and refill the propane if needed.
We know traveling with small children can be a challenge, too so we try to help and have a pack and play, stroller, high chair and even a booster seat for the dining table.
To conclude the home tour enjoy hours of fun in the Air Conditioned Games Room! It comes with a billiard table, air hockey and an xbox 360. There are also tennis rackets and tennis balls, basketballs and golf balls with putters to use in the play areas around Windsor Hills.
