Welcome to this beautiful 3 Bedroom / 3 Bath Condo in the highly desired community of Bella Piazza located just West of Disney World in Davenport Florida. This lovely vacation home is located on the 2nd floor with elevators nearby and your own private balcony in a very quiet part of Bella Piazza.
This fully furnished condo offers many upgrades including newer living room furniture and interior decorations throughout. Tiled floors in the living room, kitchen and bathrooms with beautiful granite counters and upgraded maple wood cabinets.
The master bedroom en-suite features a comfortable King size bed, TV, private door to the balcony, huge master bathroom with a roman tub, separate shower, toilet, and dual vanity sinks. The second bedroom en-suite features two twin size beds and private bathroom.
The third bedroom features two twin size beds and the bathroom is located just outside the door.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a nice a meal and don't forget the easy clean up using the dishwasher. The full size fridge will hold everything you need and there is plenty of room to store dry goods in the cabinets. Bath towels and linens are provided and as an added convenience and a washer and dryer as well.
Enjoy a nice walk around the community to check out the two resort pools, clubhouse, fitness center, and game room. Publix shopping plaza is just a short walk away as well where you can pick up all your grocery's, sunscreen, laundry detergent and don't forget Publix famous subs and Key Lime Pie! YUM! If you don't feel like cooking have breakfast at the IHop or lunch at Applebee's all located in the same shopping plaza! Disney World is just a short drive away about 10 miles and Universal / Sea World is about 25 miles.

The property was great! The seascape community area was great. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed the 15 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the pool. We also walked around the golf course. The property was a great location to access everything Destin has to offer! Would definitely stay there again! (VRBO Review)

We enjoyed our stay at Renee’s villa. The bathrooms were nicely updated and spacious. We had everything that we needed including chairs for the beach. Might recommend a table on the patio to enjoy meals out there when the weather was nice. The villa is in a quiet area of Seascape and a good walk to the heated pool. Renee was always quick to respond to any questions we might have. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

The property was perfect for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Wish we could have stayed longer! Will definitely book again if we are in the area.

The owners were extremely accommodating and helpful. The unit is beautiful and in a very peaceful and relaxing setting. If you want a nice unit with everything you need that is close to the beach without being noisy, this is the spot for you. The owner was very responsive, so that is really nice.

Overall our stay was great and we will absolutely stay here again next year. Convenient location and owner was very responsive when the washing machine decided it to wanted to be on vacation. Place was perfect for our family of 5 and best part was being able to bring our fur babies.
