This spacious, bright & beautiful home is located on an 11,000sq ft lush private lot with a resort-like backyard, which showcases a large over-sized swimming pool surrounded by green lush privacy & dreamy So Cal palm trees. This property will not be shared/occupied by anyone else during your stay, so it will be yours to enjoy alone with your family!
Minutes from a wide variety of ethnically diverse restaurants, groceries, Starbucks, Westfield Topanga mall, parks, 25 minutes to Universal Studios, Hollywood Bowl, Ronald Reagan Library, LA zoo, CSUN and other popular attractions. 45 minutes to Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Sunset Strip and many more coastal attractions. Also located just 3 minutes from the famous Cowboy Tavern Saloon, which has been featured in top-chart country music videos such as I Love This Bar by Toby Keith and many more, as well as box-office hit films.

The second bedroom has a plush queen bed and a vanity/desk to primp or do computer work. The third bedroom also has a plush queen bed with vanity and comfy sofa chair great for relaxing with a book. The second bathroom has a nice deep soaking tub for luxurious R&R and plenty of counter space for toiletries.
A large slider opens up to an indoor/outdoor lounging area, outdoor bar seating, outdoor dining table next to the mesmerizing pool. A coal BBQ will be sure to get the intoxicating smell of vacation in the air and everyone leaving all their worries behind. A custom pool shed is stocked full of floating lounges with cup holders, pool noodles, pool games, and toys to ensure everyone has plenty of fun in the sun!
