The Space:

Please note that we do NOT allow bachelor/bachelorette parties, gatherings, or any kind of event/party. This is a very quiet residential community of older neighbors. If there is a disturbance of any kind, your reservation will be canceled, you will be escorted out, and you will not be refunded )
Layout:
•1st Floor:
Living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, hallway bathroom, back porch, large backyard with BBQ grill.
•2nd Floor:
Upstairs hallway, 3 bedrooms with extra high ceilings (including master bedroom), 2 bathrooms, & master bedroom balcony.
•Living Room:
Huge open space living room with cable HDTV, 3 sofas, and a professional pool table. The pool table has an insert that can be placed on it. After that, use our tablecloth to put over the insert and the pool table is instantly transferred into a dining table. We have 10 dining chairs already there in the house for use.
•Bedrooms and Bedding:
5 fabulous bedrooms. Have a great night of sleep with an extremely serene California King Pillowtop bed in the master bedroom. 3 of the other bedrooms have one queen bed each and 1 bedroom has a queen bed and a full size bed. 3 living room sofas open into full/queen beds. There is also a Pack N Play baby crib and baby high chair so that your baby can live like a local. We have linens & bedding from Bed Bath & Beyond for everything.
WIFI
Free WIFI is provided across the entire home.
WIFI Speed: Upload 20 mbps: download 200 mbps. (speed will vary depending on number of devices connected to WIFI)
•Kitchen:
Use the full kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and more to cook your own meals and our full size refrigerator & separate freezer to store anything you want. Kitchen includes many essentials. The kitchen also has a small dining area with a view of the garden.
•Location:
If you enjoy beautiful living, being in the middle of things, and nightlife/food culture, this is the place. You are in the center of everything LA has to offer.
•Filming.
Our home has been used on many TV shows and feature films. Available for filming upon special request. Please send us a message.
