Payment terms:
A $175 cleaning fee will be added to total rental, plus 6% state tax.
Payment of $800 rental deposit is required to reserve your stay.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before check-in, plus a separate $800 damage deposit.
The damage deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks after check-out, assuming there's no damage to the property or contents.
Cancellation Policy:-
