Please provide the number and ages of guests in your party, and the true nature of your visit. As reflected in over 100 reviews the owners of this converted barn have provided their guests with the ultimate in amenities, furnishings, and decor to produce an experience unlike anywhere you’ve stayed. The “high style’ of this exquisite home and surrounding property are not conducive for young children, and considering recent events we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 6 years. Events/parties/gatherings of any type or size are also prohibited. There is parking for a maximum of 4 cars; 3 in the driveway, with 1 vehicle parked on a separate parking pad above the home. On street parking is prohibited. Please contact us regarding our cancellation policy.

The Barn at Fox Hollow is pure luxury: 6 miles north of Downtown Asheville, 7 miles to Biltmore Estate, 5 miles to Omni Grove Park Inn, 5 miles to UNC Asheville, 16 miles to Warren Wilson College, 20 miles to Asheville Regional Airport, 83 miles from Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport, 128 miles to Charlotte Douglas International, and minutes from all the culture and outdoor activities Asheville and the surrounding area have to offer.

This home has a bright interior of white washed rough sawn timber and vaulted ceiling; 4 king bedrooms each with en-suite bath, flat panel TV hidden behind decorative handcrafted cabinets.

The great room with living/dining area and large open kitchen can accommodate all throughout your stay, while you enjoy meals together; top of the line appliances, six burner gas Blue Star stove with griddle, glass front refrigerator/freezer, Bosch dishwasher, copper farm sink, and fully appointed kitchen. A wall of glass sliding doors leads out to the screened in pavilion with 80” flat panel TV, wood burning fire place (wood provided), heaters, seating for all and large dining table. This is where you'll spend all your time! So cancel your dinner reservations and settle in.

Policies

All cancellations made more than 60 days prior to occupancy will forfeit 50% of the nightly rental fee, plus the processing charge (2.95%). All cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the occupancy date will forfeit 100% of the nightly rental fee paid, plus the processing charge (2.95%). Any payment toward Cleaning Fee, Accidental Rental Damage Insurance Fee (ARDI), Facility Fee, will be refunded. Guest will be entitled to a refund less the cancellation fee, 25% of total nightly rental fee paid to date, if the property is re-rented for the same term (number of days), or portion there of, and at the same rate as contracted by the guest. AVL Property Management will make a diligent effort to re-rent the property. If balance due/final payment is not received by the due date as presented in the rental agreement, your reservation will be treated as cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited unless we can re-rent the property as indicated above. If a guest is disappointed or unsatisfied with the property due to differences in taste according to decor, accommodations, location, construction, mountain road conditions, etc. and declines to stay at the property, this will be considered a cancellation and no rent reduction or refund will be issued. All cancellations by guest must be made in writing/e-mail to Beth@AVLVR.com.

Deposit Policy:

50 percent deposit is required to secure reservation when outside the 60 day window of desired check-in date. Full payment required to secure reservation if made within 60 day window of desired check-in date. Reservations are not confirmed until the initial deposit, or full payment whichever applies, is secured by AVL.
