Description
This two-story, three bedroom, private house is located close to the golf course in the gated community of Playacar. The house sleeps up to 6 persons. The master bedroom has a king size bed while the second bedroom has two twin size beds. There is also a futon that accommodates two adults. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary appliances such as refrigerator, stove with oven, utensils, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster and drinkable water. The living room area opens up to a small private patio with access to the common pool area.
The house provides plenty of closet space and spacious bathrooms, (the master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub). The master bedroom has a sitting/ terrace overlooking the pool area. It's about a 10 minute walk to reach 5th Avenue with all the shops, restaurants and nightlife and a 15 minute walk to reach the beach. It's the perfect location for visitors who prefer to have everything Playa del Carmen has to offer at a walking distance. (Please Note: Available for adults only).

Check-in time: 3:00 PM. Check-out time: 11:00 AM. (Unless other arrangements are made. Additional fees might apply).
Deposits: We ask for a 50% of the rental price to reserve your rental unit, then the other 50% should be paid one month prior to your arrival. If you are arriving in less than 30 days at the time of booking, we require the full payment of the rental unit price.
Security deposit: You will be asked for a security deposit upon your arrival which may be handled in cash (USD or MXN) or signed traveler checks.
Cancellations and refunds: If cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, you will get a 100% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, you get a 50% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
Other: Smoking is not allowed inside any of the rental properties. Please take the time to read the complete rental agreement and contact us if you have additional questions.
Additional services: We are happy to assist you with other arrangements for a worry-free vacation, such as airport transfers, house keeping, tour information and booking, car rental, plus many more services.
