Villa Mercedes 1 Excellent place for rest and relaxation, and for family conviviality, ideal for large families, or family reunions, the house is facing the sea and you can enjoy wonderful sunsets.
The space
From the moment you enter the house you feel the sea breeze and you have a view of the pool and the beach, there are 2 hammocks waiting for you to lie down to enjoy the breeze and read a good book, the entire kitchen, dining room and living room area is An open ares and you can cook and enjoy the conversation of others or watch the children in the pool. We have a downstairs room ideal for the elderly or who simply do not like climbing stairs. We also have a dining area and grill in the back for days when the breeze is very strong. All rooms have air conditioning
Guest access
It is a private house so the pool, bar and terrace are not shared, it has an area in front of the pool with palm trees, hammocks and a table for morning coffee facing the sea. There is also a bathroom for the pool and visitors.
Other things to note
If you do not want to clean the house or cook, the caretakers of the house Olivia and Gonzalo can help you, as long as they are free because there are 3 houses that take care of and attend, and reach a monetary agreement with them. We also have 2 bikes for you to use during your stay at no additional cost.
