This spacious two bedroom penthouse is situated on the 3rd floor in the condo development Las Olas, only one and a half blocks from the popular Mamitas Beach and one block from 5th Avenue with all the shops, restaurants and nightlife. It's stylishly decorated in a minimalistic tropical style with top quality linens and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances such as refrigerator, stove with oven, utensils, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster and drinkable water. The dining room area has seating for six people and the living room area features a satellite flat screen TV with DVD/CD player and iPod connection.
The rooftop terrace has a partial ocean view and is complete with lounge chairs, Jacuzzi, seating for six persons and a charcoal grill. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bathroom and direct access to a cozy terrace with a romantic daybed, lounge chairs and outdoor dining table. Check-in time: 3:00 PM. Check-out time: 11:00 AM. (Unless other arrangements are made. Additional fees might apply).
Deposits: We ask for a 50% of the rental price to reserve your rental unit, then the other 50% should be paid one month prior to your arrival. If you are arriving in less than 30 days at the time of booking, we require the full payment of the rental unit price.
Security deposit: You will be asked for a security deposit upon your arrival which may be handled in cash (USD or MXN) or signed traveler checks.
Cancellations and refunds: If cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, you will get a 100% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, you get a 50% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
Other: Smoking is not allowed inside any of the rental properties. Please take the time to read the complete rental agreement and contact us if you have additional questions.
Additional services: We are happy to assist you with other arrangements for a worry-free vacation, such as airport transfers, house keeping, tour information and booking, car rental, plus many more services.
