Description
This rustic two bedroom condo with terrace overlooking the pool and lush gardens, sleeps up to 4 persons, but can be rented as a one bedroom unit for two at a more affordable rate (contact us for more information). The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two twin size beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances such as refrigerator, stove top, utensils, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster and drinkable water.
The dining area accommodates four persons and there is a TV and DVD player in the living room. This second floor condo is easily accessible via elevator within Rinconada Del Sol - a gated development complete with a swimming pool and tropical garden area.
Rinconada Del Sol is conveniently located on 20th Avenue and 16th Street (near two of the largest grocery stores Mega and Wal-Mart) only 4½ blocks from the beach and 2½ blocks from the famous 5th Avenue with all the shops, restaurants and nightlife. It's the perfect location for visitors who prefer to have everything Playa del Carmen has to offer at a short walking distance.

Deposits: We ask for a 50% of the rental price to reserve your rental unit, then the other 50% should be paid one month prior to your arrival. If you are arriving in less than 30 days at the time of booking, we require the full payment of the rental unit price.
Security deposit: You will be asked for a security deposit upon your arrival which may be handled in cash (USD or MXN) or signed traveler checks.
Cancellations and refunds: If cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, you will get a 100% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, you get a 50% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
Other: Smoking is not allowed inside any of the rental properties. Please take the time to read the complete rental agreement and contact us if you have additional questions.
Additional services: We are happy to assist you with other arrangements for a worry-free vacation, such as airport transfers, house keeping, tour information and booking, car rental, plus many more services.
