Description
This large, recently redecorated, two bedroom Mexican style condo sleeps six. The master bedroom has a king size bed, with window seat overlooking the complex pool and mature gardens. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds with a small private deck. Both bedrooms have direct access to private en-suite bathrooms. There is an entertainment area with TV/ DVD player. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary appliances such as refrigerator, stove with oven, utensils, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster and drinkable water. The living-room area is spacious, excellent for entertaining and the adjacent dining area seats six. There is additional seating (four) off the dining area outdoors on the private deck overlooking the pool. It\'s the perfect location for visitors who prefer proximity to the beach, which is just a five minute walk away or take a dip in the crystal clear waters of the private complex Cenote.
This is located within the gated development, Condo Mar H2O, within Playacar phase one (close to the Playcar Mayan Ruins). The complex has 24/7 on-site security and it\'s a short walking distance to Paseo Del Carmen, the outdoor mall area where the famous 5th Avenue with all the shops and restaurants begin.

We ask for a 50% of the rental price to reserve your rental unit, then the other 50% should be paid one month prior to your arrival. If you are arriving in less than 30 days at the time of booking, we require the full payment of the rental unit price.
Security deposit:
You will be asked for a security deposit upon your arrival which may be handled in cash (USD or MXN) or signed traveler checks.
Cancellations and refunds:
If cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, you will get a 100% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, you get a 50% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
