Description
Large condo apartment, about 1250 sq feet, handsomely fully furnished and fully equipped. Each room has a queen size bed. One bathroom is with walk in shower, the other with classical tub and shower. There are two TV sets in the apartment.
It is located on the second floor with netted balcony. There is a lot of light throughout unit. Laundry is on the premises as well. Parking for one car and for your guests is right in front of the apartment.
Apartment is located close to the swimming pool, bocce balls terain, tennis and pickleball courts and the club house, all within Winter Park I condominium complex. Heated swimming pool itself is one of the biggest in the Naples. If you enjoy swimming you will have one of the best opportunity and experience.
Winter Park is not more than 10 min drive away of Naples down town, 5th Avenue and Naples beaches. All style of restaurants are at hand. Beautiful park with best children playground is there as well.

Boba's condo is as nice as it looks in the pictures. We stayed nearly 3 weeks and it really felt like a home away from home. It was clean and the kitchen and in-unit laundry were fully equipped and convenient. The beds are very comfy!! The location is good with a large Publix and Starbucks a short drive away and all of downtown Naples and beaches very close. Commuication was always prompt, warm and helpful. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again.

Very nice and clean appartement in a quiet neighbourhood. The kitchen has everything you need. City Centre of Naples, beach and various shops are just a few minutes away by car. Boba is not around personally, but very responsive by messenger. We didn't need her help though, as everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I stayed at Boba's apartment with my two kids, 11 y.o., 9 y.o. and my mom. The apartment looks much bigger and cosier in real life then on pictures. It was way more then enough space for four people. Boba did a great job by preparing her place and making it sparkeling clean! She has a great taste with decoration: shells, pictures on walls, vases, curtains-very pretty. I was feeling like I am at home - so cozy and welcoming. The kitchen is well organized, clean and you can find everything to cook with. We all found that the mattresses were very comfy to sleep on, and linens were clean and smelling nice and fresh. The two bathrooms were super clean and the showers were great. Boba left a bottle of wine to welcome us, and it was very kind of her. The neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing. This nice community has such a great well-maintained and pretty pool; big and well-designed for all kinds of swimmers. We loved it a lot! The pool's water temperature was very nice and comfortable to swim. You can find enough shade and chairs to relax in the pool area. The beach is 12-15 min away (Boba has her own beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs to use). It was very easy to find parking spots (you have to pay in a meter) right by the beach. We have been swimming next to the dolphins one day (the pod of dolphins came right to the shore)! My kids were the happiest! Very nice, not expensive restaurants just 6-7 min away, or downtown Naples is 12 min away. I would love to say BIG Thanks to Boba for providing such a wonderful place to stay for my family, for being fast in your responses, and caring for your customers. :) I wish we can stay longer!
