Hale Kukuna I is a luxury one bedroom one bath home with beautiful Italian tile and hardwood floors, full gourmet kitchen, beautiful furnishings and one king size bed (perfect for one couple). Pamper yourself by taking a Jacuzzi in your private outdoor grotto overlooking the Royal fishpond and ocean.
You will notice works by local artists incorporated in the tile designs throughout the home.
Hale Kukuna was a project born from the love of this wonderful Hawaiian town by its owners and was built 100% by local Hana residents with impeccable detail. Hale Kukuna is located on Hana Bay not only overlooking the ocean but also one of the last Royal fishponds in the area.
Both homes feature fully stocked kitchens (pots, pans, utensils, and spices), cable TV in bedrooms and living area, gas Weber barbecues, and the same unsurpassed view.
Whichever home you choose for your stay in Hana, you will be able to appreciate the surrounding beauty that only exists in this tropical paradise.

Reservation Policy:
Minimum stay: We have a two night minimum stay for all reservations made more than a week in advance, except when there is an open night \"sandwiched\" between two existing reservations.
Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payment in full is required at time of reservation.
Check-in: Check-in time is 2 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel, we will refund the amount that you paid less a 15% service charge if you notify us 30 days prior to your reservation. If you cancel in less than 30 days, we will refund the amount paid less a 25% service fee. If you check out prior to your registered check out date, we will refund your balance only if we can re-book the house.
