The Villa Deep Lagoon is located in a quiet bay on a 300 feet wide saltwater canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico in the Yacht Club area of Cape Coral - wonderful water views!
In this huge bay, one can see dolphins on a regural basis and during the Winter time even manatees.
The boat can optionally be rented. In a few minutes one can reach the open water without any bridges or locks.
Tabletop soccer.
The house has an air-conditioned living area of over 2000 sq ft. It consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room with separate dining room, 2 bathrooms and a large open kitchen with bar.
The Villa offers a very nice view from almost every room in the house. A breathtaking view over the west-facing terrace with palmtrees in the garden overlooking the salt-water-pool and canal.
The large boat dock with a lift facility for the sport boat offers you the chance to sunbathe and enjoy the awesome sunsets.
A Barbecue gas grill is available on the dock.
