Welcome to wonderful Villa THE BEAU, a luxurious newly built Villa at best location directly at the harbor. First guests are welcome from end of February 2020 on.
Enjoy the incomparable view along the Flamingo Canal all the way to the Caloosahatchee River. You reach the open waters within only a few seconds. Head off to explore the offshore islands like Sanibel or Captiva by boat, you will love it! The villas quiet but yet central location within walking distance to Cape Coral Beach, the Pier and the Yacht Club with harbor and Tennis courts.
The two stories house has been built with all amenities you could possibly wish for. The pool and balcony are south facing and imbedded between wonderful old palms that give the pool area it’s very own charm and privacy from neighbors.
The south facing designer pool with embedded jacuzzi is the core of the outdoor area. Huge glass slidingdoors let the livingroom and the outdoor area fuse together into one big space.
Spacious, open kitchen with breakfast counter, equipped with everything you could wish for. Enjoy the view over the pool and onto the canal while cooking - is there a better place to prepare a nice meal than here?
4 spacious bedrooms, 3 on the groundfloor and 1 on the first floor. Room and privacy for up to 8 guests and an unforgettable holiday. The downstairs mastersuite has a direct access to the pool area and a en-suite bathroom. The mastersuite upstairs has it’s own access to the terrace, that offers a breathtaking view over the pool and the canal. The other 2 bedrooms on the ground floor also have their own bathrooms.
Netflix-app available (access with own account), Apple TV and SONOS (living room).
We recommend you rent a boat for a few days - Villa The Beau lies at perfect location. The offshore islands like Sanibel or Captiva can be reached within a stone’s throw, and also the beach of Fort Myers can be reached by boat. Please note that the boat lift is occupied with the owners private boat. You can rent a smaller boat and dock it next to the lift. Please contact us for more information.
