Description
The Villa Serenity is located in a prime, central and quiet residential area in the southwest of Cape Coral in a dead end street. The Caloosahatchee River can be reached by boat in less than 10 minutes, and from here you can reach the Gulf of Mexico and the offshore islands with beautiful sandy beaches in about 30 minutes.

All major shops, grocery stores and some of the area's top restaurants can be reached in a few minutes by car. The yacht club of Cape Coral, the Tarpon Bay and various golf courses are in the immediate vicinity
In 2017 the house was newly renovated and furnished to a high standard
Spacious living area with high-quality seating, large flat screen TV, DVD, Sonos surround sound and networked sound system; via Bluetooth you have your music in all rooms as you wish. Apple TV available.

The pool area (pool size 12x24 ft) offers a lounge corner, sitting area with dining table, sun beds and outdoor shower. Saltwater pool without annoying addition of chlorine (electrically heated)
The large gas grill invites you to outdoor cooking - you should not miss out on this

The house own boat can be rented on request. It is a Chapparal Vortex 243, a jetboat of the extra class with 500 HP. Cruising comfortably in the canals or islands with up to 10 people is just as possible with this boat as it is comfortable, sporty and quick to get from one place to another (see boat description). Renters of the Villa Serenity receive a discount of 10% on the rental price when renting the boat
If you still want to rent another boat from Intervillas, so this is on special request at Intervillas course possible
Villa Serenity is a non-smoking villa - smoking is allowed outside. Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding
