Villa Sea Bird is bright and modern. Balcony with fantastic views. A gas grill outdoors - great for the sensational US steaks! A villa for a memorable Florida vacation. Again, one of the best locations in Cape Coral. The well-known boat Christmas parade passes right in front of the villa. The Sea Bird offers plenty of space for up to 10 people on two floors. The house has a total of 5 bedrooms, of which 2 are master bedrooms. 3 bathrooms (WC / shower).
A master suite with private bathroom is located on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor is another king room and a twin twin bedded room. These two bedrooms share a bathroom, which is in the hallway (toilet / shower). The master suite and the king room on the ground floor have direct access to the pool area.
Upstairs there is another master suite and another king bedroom, which share a full bath (shower / WC).
Nespresso coffee machine available - do not forget to take the capsule from home
Wi-Fi internet access is available free of charge
Apple TV, Netflix and SONOS sound system
Billiards - table for the daily fun
A boat can optionally be rented (recommended)! There is a wide range of boats available
