Due to Covid-19, check-in time is now 5pm, and check-out is now 9am, to allow more time for extra cleaning following the guidelines for sanitation & disinfection protocals laid out by the World Health Organization, CDC, & EPA.

Enjoy all the comforts of home in a tropical vacation setting. Just pack your clothes and personal items, everything else is provided, even the beach towels and chairs.
There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, and a third bedroom with a trundle day bed providing 2 twin beds. In the living room is a queen sized sofa sleeper. The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets & quartz counters in February 2018. The 2 bathrooms have recently been completely remodeled, with one having a nicely tiled walk-in shower.
The spacious Florida room connects the home to the pool area and provides a second living area with a futon, 2 rattan chairs, a TV and stereo. There is also a large patio dining table and 6 dining chairs, and a patio bar and bar stools - a great place to relax, enjoy dinner in the fresh air, and entertain.
The screen enclosed heated pool is kidney shaped with a shallow part next to the half circle stairs, and goes deeper on the other end, approximately 7 ft. Wonderful place for refreshing fun for all ages!
This vacation home is located on a quiet, one block long street in a family friendly neighborhood. It's just a short block walk to a grocery store, and a short block walk to the beautiful fine white sand beach. You will want to be sure to watch the magnificent beach sunsets at the end of your day.
