Pelican Preserve is close to shopping and dining and 30 minutes from area beaches. This lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom new construction condominium offers an open floor plan in the main living space, a private lanai with wooded views, a great kitchen with large island which has seating for 4, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, the master bedroom has private bathroom/ ensuite. Q/Q

Unit 403 in Palazzo is on the 4th floor the building has elevator and the unit features 2 flat screen smart TV's:1 in the living area and 1 in the master bedroom, King /Queen Beds in the bedrooms, washer dryer in the unit, cable, DVD player, free Wi-Fi. and 4 beach chairs and umbrella for guest to use. Other amenities included inside Palazzo III neighborhood: are a community pool and walking trails.

Also Included in your reservation total is full access to Pelican Preserve Town Center, this membership transfer rate of $200 which is included in your reservation total. If there are more than three renters in the same home, an additional $200 transfer fee must be paid. Town Center/ Plaza Del Sol offers Clubhouse that has its own private spa, fitness center, full service dining and is where there are many social activities such as movies in their 99 seat theater, meet friends for happy hour or lay by the resort style pool. You can also enjoy the beautiful nature preserves with sparkling lakes, walking/ jogging paths.

Golf at Pelican Preserve: This owner DOES NOT have a Golf Membership to be transferred, however Pelican Preserve is a Semi Public Course and you can Golf at a non-member rate. You will need to contact Pelican Preserve for rates and tee times.

NOTE: Lease Application is required for rental approval and is to be submitted to Royal Shell along with your final payment 60 days prior to arrival however last min booking are welcome as lease application can be processed easily . Online reservations accepted only from the first of the month to the end of the month during peak season Dec -April. Call for help with special requests.
