- Cleaning and disinfecting with products that meet CDC guidelines for the control of bacteria and viruses, including the corona virus

- Sanitizing all hard surfaces including but not limited to: counters, knobs, handles, switches, bath fixtures, remote controls and floors

- Sanitizing all soft surfaces with an industrial fogging process and/or CDC approved process for sanitizing overnight dwellings

- Laundering all linens at the highest possible temperature with a detergent containing bleach

The owners have provided many extras to make your time at Paseo and in Southwest Florida as enjoyable possible. Included with this Casita rental are 2 bicycles, propane BBQ grill, beach chairs, beach umbrella, drink cooler, sand bucket and kid's beach toys, 2 boogie boards, 2 kick boards, tennis rackets, 4 person pickle ball set, and a basketball and a volleyball.

Paseo is beautiful!

We had a wonderful month relaxing in this lovely townhouse in Paseo. In addition to the spacious indoor living area, there is an inviting, attached, screened, furnished lanai with several large tropical plants.There is a two car garage to keep our car tucked away out of the sun. Almost everyday we walked the sidewalks around Paseo’s many ponds with spraying fountains, which are illuminated in the evening. The landscaping is so colorful and varied throughout the community. The amenities are wonderful and numerous. The people are friendly and helpful. Our daughter stayed with us for a long weekend and also loved this townhouse and Paseo.. There are several floor plans in Paseo but only some with a lanai, which is so peaceful.

Our vacation at this fantastic home in Paseo was perfect. The home had everything we needed, was exceptionally clean, and the neighborhood was amazing! There were lots of extras like bikes, sports equipment, and beach gear. I can't say enough about the community center, with free movies, a great fitness center, and a jaw dropping pool and spa. We ate at the Tiki Bar and the food was delicious, reasonably priced, and service great. The only bad part of the whole the trip was that we had to leave! Would definitely recommend this home and would love to return someday! Thank you for sharing your lovely home.
