Features include master bathroom with garden tub and walk-in shower, guest bathroom with tub/shower combination, 2 TVs, Coffee Maker and Keurig washer/dryer, free wi-fi, 2-car garage, screened lanai with a lake view, community pool, tennis and golf(with membership transfer). Beds: K/Q/Q. Sleeps 6. 1-month minimum rental

You can only use the pool located at the Kelly Greens Club House - you can not use any pools associated with the condominiums.

Kelly Greens is a private gated community providing an 18 hole championship golf course, professional golf shop and private restaurant, in a majestic natural Florida setting with various species of birds and plant life. The members of Kelly Greens also enjoy a variety of recreational and social amenities including tennis courts, Club house swimming pool, center for activities and exercise facility. The private restaurant at Kelly Greens offers an upscale dining, full bar and more casual Grille Room. A recently renovated Fitness Center with up-to-date equipment provides modern, multi-level fitness opportunities adaptable to individual requirements and enjoyment. MEMBERSHIP TRANSFER - Kelly Greens Golf and Country Club offers a Membership Transfer – you can play Golf or just use the Dining Membership. A membership Transfer Form with membership transfer rates(however they are subject to change) will be emailed to you upon booking and you will need to contact Kelly Greens directly to Transfer Membership once you have received this form from Royal Shell - and put a Credit Card on File with Kelly Greens – The Kelly Greens Membership Transfer Fee IS NOT included in your reservation total.
