LOCATION: The property is just a 5-10 minute drive from South Beach, 20 minutes from MIA (40 minutes from FLL Airport), and has several bars and restaurants at your doorstep.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

OUTDOOR SPACE: The private, outdoor rooftop terrace is the focal point of the unit. The private rooftop is exclusively for this unit, and features a 4-person hot tub, BBQ, outdoor dining, and outdoor seating.
PARKING: This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space (complimentary), additional metered street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 1 queen-sized air mattresses, 6 beach towels, free WiFi (75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Games, toys and stair gates provided upon availability.
NOTE: The Rental Agreement applies to this listing. An email with a photo of the credit card used to book the reservation, along with a matching government-issued ID are required after signing the rental agreement. For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the home. Instead of a refundable security deposit, the quote includes a one-time $39.99 Damage Waiver Fee that covers up to $500 in accidental damage. Mailing packages to this property is not permitted.
