Our family enjoyed a very comfortable week in this property at Sea Oats. It was my husband and I, our 3 children, and my parents (7 people). There was enough bed space for 1-3 more people. I didn't notice when booking this property, that the bathroom layout is a little awkward. It turned out fine, but the way it is laid out, the master bathroom is the one with hallway access & therefore meant to be shared with the secondary bedroom that has the other king sized bed. The kids room (the one with a twin-over-twin bunk & 2 queen sized beds) has its own bathroom. We felt a little awkward sharing a bathroom with my parents, so we were sneaking in & out of the kids' room to shower & use the restroom at night. But, it was really only a minor inconvenience. The towels are nice and thick and the hot water heater is turned up pretty hot- so the hot water did a pretty good job of keeping up with back-to-back showers. Bring a couple of night lights with you for the bathrooms.
The property has a great view of the ocean. It is right on the water with very easy beach access. (There weren't any beach toys or umbrella available for use. I did see a couple of beach towels in one of the closets. Just FYI- We brought all of this with us. ) The unit is on the 3rd floor, very close to a stairwell. There is also an elevator and carts available for loading and unloading the car.
The decor is very "beachy" & feels fresh. The unit is equipped with nice sized Smart TVs. One in each bedroom & a large one in the living room. The beds are all comfortable & they have usb charging ports and an extra outlet on each of the nightstands & I thought that was a nice touch. We did have an issue with how much light comes in the windows of the secondary bedrooms at night. They could really use some drapes. We ended up clipping a couple of black trash bags to the top of the blinds to block out the light.
The kitchen was well stocked, and the pots & pans are name brand, but they must not be non-stick because we had some issues with food sticking to the bottoms. There is a great full-size fridge and nice dishwasher & the bar area has a wine cooler that was great for storing sodas & bottled water.
There is a good, full size washer & dryer and the master closet is quite large, which gave us a great space to store empty coolers & such.
Sliding door needs attention, it doesn't always close completely. Kind of pops back open a crack once closed.

Sea Oats 307 is a great property. The condo has been refurbished in a smart, modern way. The kitchen is great. The deep and wide balcony was perfect. The beach here is amazing and deep. There is a fabulous sandbar 50 yards out that was tremendous for the family. Fantastic condo, we had 9 people and it was plenty big.
