Description
Villa Jaco Sol is a collection of 3 charming houses (casitas or bungalows) rented as one private home on a 8,225 sq. ft. property, located in a residential area in Jaco just a 7 minutes walk to the beach (600 meters), and a 9 minute walk to downtown (750 meters).
This vacation rental villa offers wireless internet throughout the property, dishwasher, ice maker and purified water dispenser, modern air conditioning (central and split units) and a charcoal grill. Tap water is heated through solar panels, helping the environment.
The property has a fantastic pool area with a beautiful free-form pool with a natural rock waterfall, plenty of lounge chairs and a garden table with chairs and umbrella. The entrance to the pool has a seat and then is sloped towards the deep end, with a metal railing for support.
Next to the pool is a covered gazebo with bar and 6 stools, equipped with a Weber 22 charcoal grill, a large cooler on wheels, a boombox, a half bathroom and an outdoor shower.
The Villa is setup as follows:
Casita 1 (main): 2 bedroom (Double beds), 1 single Futon, 2 bathroom, sleeps 5 persons. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a 40" flat screen TV with an internet-connected Blu-ray reader with streaming channels. Has central air conditioning. Casita 1 has parking space for 2 cars.
Casita #2 (next to pool): 1 bedroom (1 Double and 1 Twin beds), 1 bathroom, sleeps 3 persons. Has 1 mini split air conditioning unit and a 32" flat screen TV with cable and an internet-connected Blu-ray reader with streaming channels, and a mini fridge. Casita 2 has parking space for 1 car.
Casita #3 (back garden): 1 bedroom (Double bed), 1 bathroom, sleeps 2 persons. Has 1 mini split air conditioning unit, a 32" flat screen TV with cable and an internet-connected Blu-ray reader with streaming channels, and a mini fridge. Casita 3 is behind Casita 1 and is reached by walking through a winding palm garden.
The property is completely fenced in and doors and windows have metal bars for additional security. An ADT monitored alarm is installed.
Pricing quoted here is for the entire property. The base rate is for up to 8 adults (18+). Thereafter, an additional fee of $25 per adult per night plus tax and fee will be automatically added. Children are not charged this fee.
Note for family groups of 4 or 6 guests only (not groups of singles) and only from May 2 to December 16: we can rent it to you as a two or three bedroom. The unused casita(s) would be locked off and not rented to anyone else. Please inquire.

BEACHHOME Costa Rica Vacation Rentals and this web site were created and are managed by Rock Property Management S.A., a Costa Rica corporation. Rock Property Management was founded by Mr. Gabriel E. Rocha in February 2005 and is located in downtown Jaco, Puntarenas, the heart of Costa Rica’s Central Pacific.
Mr. Rocha has been living and working in Costa Rica since 2001. Prior to starting Rock Property Management, he worked in management positions for luxury hotels in Costa Rica and Mexico. He currently lives with his wife and three children in Jaco.
His studies include a BS in Business Administration at Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, a Hotel Management Diploma at Ecole Hoteliere de Geneve in Geneva, Switzerland, and a Certification in Rooms Management from the Professional Development Program of the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.
Mr. Rocha, a native Mexican, is fluent in English, Spanish and French.
