Description
La Croix Verte is a recently converted traditional Cotentin stone holiday rental cottage in the longere style. Newly refurbished to a high standard for 2009 it can comfortably accommodate 6 people, and has a cot for babies/toddlers. On the ground floor are the living room with wood-burning stove and satellite TV, DVD player and phone for incoming calls (free local and emergency calls), separate kitchen with dining area, and a shower room and adjacent WC. A lobby area leads out to a covered terrace with built in barbecue. Upstairs there are three further bedrooms, two with double beds, the other with two single beds. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and is ensuite with a bath.
In addition to the wood-burning stove, this vacation rental property is equipped with radiators throughout, and is double-glazed and well insulated which makes it comfortable for autumn and winter bookings. We have also added a conservatory this year (2010). This holiday cottage has an automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher. A microwave is provided along with a hob, cooker and 2 fridge freezers. The private garden has a covered patio area with garden furniture, sun beds and a BBQ. The separate parking area (with gates) will comfortably fit three cars.
