Hello. We live in Sarasota, about 50 minutes from here. We purchased this house as our retirement home, so you know we actually like it here. We have 4 children, 1 still at home. We are avid boaters & divers and love Charlotte Harbor and the Port Charlotte area. As you will soon notice, this is not just a house, it is a home. We furnished it to be enjoyed.
