I have been a rental owner with my wife since 2012 and shortly there after formed my LLC.  The role of Landlords has gone quite well for us, I believe from our past history living on the farm with chores and my past Marine Corps experiences.  We have purchased homes within a five mile radius of our own residence that are at least 1,500 sq. ft, two car garages and fenced in yards.  This we have found fits very well into what vacationers and short term tenents need to accomodate themselves, friends for gatherings and pets.  All our homes are fully furnished and utilities paid.  We have enjoyed many a guest and have made friends and repeat customers of many.  Our marketing has changed in the last year due to some changes among the BIG players in the marketplace... so its here and a couple other small spots to list our homes.   I look forward to your inquiries.
